The LAMP and CURE portals have a new URL starting September 5th, 2025. Users should update any saved bookmarks to access the login page.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?
Internal Note (Not to be shared with users): The old URL should still work until December 2025. After December, the old URL will no longer work, and users who have not updated their bookmarks may experience issues. |
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?
- If a user reports they’re unable to access the login page after December 2025, please ask them to confirm where they’re clicking the link (email, intranet, personal bookmark, etc.).
- If they’re using a bookmark, provide the SR below to advise them to save the new URL.
- If the user was attempting to navigate to the login page via a link somewhere other than a bookmark, please ask them to provide a screenshot of where they see the link and escalate to the Administrators so they can look into it and make the appropriate changes.
