Specialist Notes:


In the event that a LAMP user requests that an account be deactivated, we will need to ask them to confirm the employment type as the procedure will be different for each:

Employees: The information will need to be updated in HR Links, so that the deactivation is processed successfully, and the account is not automatically reactivated by the system.

Contractors: User will need to contact OneStop and check the Outlook Account Directory to set them as inactive and disabled so that the account is not automatically reactivated by the system.

State Examiners: Please escalate the request to Admins so that the Data Feed can be corrected as well as the account be deactivated.
