Support Category: User Account | Inactive Account

Specialist Notes:

We may reactivate a user's account if the user is a contractor. Please be sure to cross-check that the user is using an @ncua.gov email address before you unlock the account.

Instructions for activating/deactivating accounts in CSOD can be found here.

The NCUA Admins have requested that we escalate it to them after we reactivate the account. This will allow them to address any issues they may have with their data feed. They have also requested that, for Contractors, we also direct them to OneStop - Please use the following SR

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

  • There is an ongoing issue with the data feed for Contractor accounts, and the administrators are aware of this.

  • Contractors’ inactive accounts will automatically reactivate with the next day’s data feed. You may inform users of the issue and escalate it to the Administrators for further assistance.

  • To confirm whether the issue is currently happening, use the Search Position field and enter 888 in the 'OU Type' field under the ID search box.
    • If most or all Contractor accounts appear as InActive, this means the issue is currently active.

NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS!

Please add a note in the escalation that the user is a Contractor and that we provided the instructions to contact OneStop so they can check the Outlook Account Directory.

Standard Response:

Thank you for your patience while I looked up your account.

I have located your account under your government-issued email address; however, it is listed as inactive. I'm able to assist with reactivating your account. However, the NCUA Administrators advised that you contact OneStop (
OneStop@ncua.gov) to request that they check the Outlook Account Directory to set you as active and enabled to prevent your account from reverting back to inactive.

Please allow me a few minutes to reactivate your account and escalate a ticket to the Administrators so they're aware of the issue.
