Accounts for Employees and Contractors are being created via a Data Feed. The Feed is run daily so the user should gain access to his/ her account within 24 hours from their start date.
Before providing this SR, please ensure the user is an Employee or Contractor with NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) and not with a Credit Union or other Company. A sign that they may not be with NCUA is if they're not using a @ncua.gov or other .gov email address.
If they indeed confirm they're with NCUA, provide the following SR. If they're not with NCUA, kindly switch room/group to CURE and provide the CURE's appropriate SR.
Note: State Examiners have a different process, please use the 'State Examiner | No Account' SR.
