We may reactivate accounts for Employees. Please be sure to cross-check that the user is using a @ncua.gov or another government email address before you reactivate the account.
Instructions for activating/deactivating accounts in CSOD can be found here.
Once you reactivate the account, please provide the SR below and proceed to escalate a ticket to The NCUA Admins so they can address any possible issues with the data feed.
