An Employee or Contractor may log into his/ her account using SSO once they have an active account listed in the system.

Accounts for Employees and Contractors are created via a data feed system. The Feed is run daily so a user should have access to an account within 24 hours from their start date.

Note: A Few Employees and Contractors may not have access to a PIV Card if they have been displaced due to COVID-19. They would then need to use their Login Credentials to access the system.

You should be able to log into your Learning and Managing Performance (LAMP) account by utilizing SSO. Select the NCUA PIV button located on the left side of the LAMP login page (https://ncua.csodfed.com/)
