Specialist Notes:


The 2025 Mandated Training was assigned earlier this year, in April. The due date for the remaining courses is 11/28/2025. Users who have not yet completed their required courses will receive a Teams notification on 11/21/2025, in addition to email reminders. The Teams notification will include a launch button that should take users directly into the course.

  • On slide 61, once users click all required items, they must click the NEXT button to move forward. Clicking the items again will not advance the slide.
  • The test is relatively difficult, and users may provide negative feedback. Please escalate any feedback to the Administrators.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

  • In addition to our standard troubleshooting procedure (browser adjustments, clearing cache, etc.), please ask users to check the course Menu to ensure all required sections are marked as completed.

  • If needed, we may proxy into the user’s account to launch the course and verify that all course sections are completed.
