The NCUA LAMP Administrators advised that Channels are not built to move to completion in LAMP.
Please provide the SR below, should a user reach out for assistance with a course completion issue, and the title of the course starts with “(CHANNEL)”.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? If the user replies and asks about removing the Channel from their transcript, please advise them on the steps to move it to the archived transcript. |

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you. The NCUA LAMP Administrators advised that Channels are designed to be dynamic and are subject to change as new content becomes available. Due to this, Channels do not move to completion in the Transcript.
You may search for the individual courses that are part of a Channel in the LAMP catalog. When you launch and complete the individual courses separately, they will show as completed in your transcript.
