The Administrators advised that questions regarding External Training should be directed to the users' office’s Training Liaison, so we can refer users to contact them. However, if a user is simply inquiring about how to withdraw or remove an external training, we can use the SR below.

Should you wish to remove an external training from your transcript, you may click the down-facing arrow next to the 'View Training Details' button and select 'Move Archived Transcript' from the drop-down options. Alternatively, you can request your office's Training Liaison do deny your request.
The NCUA LAMP Administrators advised that should you have further inquiries regarding external training, you may contact your office's Training Liaison.
