Kindly provide the following SR to users who have questions regarding their certificates for ILT sessions.

Once your ILT has been marked as complete, you should be able to view your certificate by doing the following:

1. Click on the LEARNING tab from the welcome page

2. A drop-down will appear - click on TRANSCRIPT

3. On your transcript page, click on the ACTIVE button and then click on COMPLETED

4. A list of your completed courses will appear.

5. Locate the course and then click on the course title, which will then take you to the course's details page

6. Look for CERTIFICATE and you will see blue text saying PRINT CERTIFICATE
