We may reactivate accounts for Employees and Contractors. Please be sure to cross-check that the user is using a @ncua.gov or another government email address before you reactivate the account.
Instructions for activating/deactivating accounts in CSOD can be found here.
Once you reactivate the account, please provide the SR below and proceed to escalate a ticket to The NCUA Admins so they can address any possible issues with the data feed.
IMPORTANT! Before proceeding with utilizing this Ticket Processing SR, please ensure the user is either an Employee or Contractor. For State Examiners, please refer to the ticket processing notes located within the State Examiner | Inactive Account SR instead |
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! After we provide the SR below to update the user, please set the ticket to ‘Resolved’ as there’s no need to relay Admin updates to the user. |

Thank you for contacting NCUA LAMP Live Support!
We sincerely apologize for the issue and the inconvenience it has caused.
We have located your LAMP account under your government-issued email address and noticed it is currently inactive. We have since reactivated your account and you should now be able to log in. Please let us know if you’re still unable to log in.
Additionally, we have forwarded this issue to the NCUA LAMP Administrators for further review.
Note: The LAMP Administrators advise that if you’re a Contractor, you will need to contact OneStop (OneStop@ncua.gov) to request that they check the Outlook Account Directory and set you as active and enabled. This will prevent your account from reverting back to inactive.
Should you need further assistance with any other issue/inquiry/request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than happy to assist.
Sincerely,
