The accounts for State Examiners are created via Data Feed from NCUA Connect (NCUA's Okta). The State Training Admins will need to check a checkbox for the State Examiner, which triggers the creation of their accounts in LAMP via the data feed.

Should a State Examiner who has access to NCUA Connect, not have an account in LAMP. Please escalate a ticket to the Administrators, so they can let them State Admins know.

As a State Examiner, your LAMP account would be created automatically by the system with the information from NCUA Connect. Since I was unable to locate a LAMP account for you at this time, we will need to escalate a ticket to the NCUA LAMP Administrators for further assistance/processing. Please allow me a few moments while I create the ticket.
